Renovated Pediatric Wing inaugurated by Minister

Sevalaya has completed the renovation of the Pediatric Wing at the Government Hospital in Gudalur, Nilgiris District, a project sponsored by BNY Mellon.

In his keynote address as Chief Guest at the inauguration of the building, Honorable Minister for Forests, Tamil Nadu, Mr Ka Ramachandran, expressed his gratitude to the team for completing the renovation with all necessary medical equipment and setting up of the oxygen plant at Gudalur hospital specially during the pandemic period.

Ms Vidya Durai, Head, BNY Mellon India, Dr Palanisamy, Additional Director, Nilgiris DIstrict Health Services, Dr Praveenraj, CMO Cuddalore Government Hospital, and Mr Saravanakannnan were also present at the function held on 27 March 2022 at Gudalur Government General Hospital.

Sevalaya Muralidharan in his welcome address, explained that Sevalaya has donated medical equipment and carried out relief works worth over Rs. 6 crores during the pandemic alone. Mr. Prasanna, VP, Donor relations at Sevalaya proposed the vote of thanks followed by some Folk entertainment at the function.
